• Regional Maintenance Engineer (RME), is responsible for all digital management of maintenance systems for Americas region using SAP• The RME will also support the manufacturing facilities in Americas region to aid in root cause problem solving for maintenance systems and optimize maintenance digital systems• Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time constraints.• Unusual hours and travel may be required • The Regional Maintenance Engineer (RME) will provide support to multiple Americas C-Power facilities.• Position is 25% travel and job duties will fluctuate with regards to the needs of the individual plant.• RME plans, manages, monitors and implements standard maintenance operations within regional C-Power facilities using SAP.• RME will be expected to collaborate with facilities to update guideline as needed and add new guideline as needed.• RME will be expected to develop training video for maintenance activity and train new team members in SAP maintenance.• Manages update and manage regional controlled maintenance document.• Review safety incidents with regional plant and be part of investigation for accidents in the regional plant. Activities• Assist and support continuous improvement events such as Digital maintenance and predictive maintenance workshops current production• Assist Plant maintenance personnel in evaluating critical spare parts and monitoring them using digital tools SAP/IRIS etc.• Work with maintenance team to develop training videos of PM.• Provide support when required to the manufacturing facilities to aid in root cause problem solving for equipment issues.• Train plant maintenance teams in SAP PM• Utilize documented best practices and lessons learned to ensure common approach to trouble shooting process problems and solving machinery issues• Continue education as required to research & understand industry advances that can improve Plastic Omnium's competitive position and share this information throughout the Corporation#LI-GS1

Responsibilities
