Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale maintenance and capital improvement projects. Perform and supervise repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems. Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for property improvements and preventive maintenance. Work closely with property managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Provide support for staffing needs and off-hours emergency calls when needed (regular on-call rotation covered by property staff). Travel regularly throughout Western PA, with occasional trips to WV and OH properties (positions includes vehicle stipend). Requirements Minimum 3 years of residential maintenance experience required Strong working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ability to complete most work functions utilizing laptops and/or mobile devices. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High School Diploma or Equivalent (EPA certification, trade licenses, or specialized training a plus). Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen.
