About the role Within Disability Accommodation Services, we support people with disability to live with choice, dignity and independence in supported accommodation homes. As Regional Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our specialist disability supported accommodation services across Austin Street.    You’ll ensure services are safe, compliant and person-centred, while driving financial sustainability and strong team performance. This is a hands-on, leadership role requiring strong engagement with residents, families and stakeholders, and participation in an on-call manager roster. Key responsibilities * Provide strong, visible leadership across all accommodation homes, role-modelling a person-centred, values-led approach. * Drive delivery of strategic and operational plans, including KPIs, workforce planning and service improvements. * Maintain financial sustainability by managing budgets, monitoring performance, and meeting reporting obligations. * Ensure services operate in line with policies, procedures, compliance requirements and relevant legislation/standards. * Oversee induction, training and ongoing capability development of staff. * Lead performance management processes, including coaching, supervision and appraisals for direct reports. * Oversee the clinical management of residents. * Provide direct supervision of the nursing team (Austin Street only). * Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, with particular emphasis on residents/clients and their families. * Promote innovation and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing better ways of working. * Work closely with the Leadership team, providing advice and regular reporting on operational and business performance. * Undertake regular audits/checks of documentation, data collection and reporting, and implement improvements as required. What you’ll bring * Proven leadership experience in disability, community, health or human services. * Demonstrated experience managing budgets, financial performance and service delivery outcomes. * Strong understanding of quality, safeguarding and compliance obligations (NDIS knowledge highly desirable). * Experience building high performing teams, coaching, performance management. * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to person-centred practice and dignity of risk. * Strong planning, prioritisation and reporting skills, including the ability to manage competing demands and respond to issues calmly. * Current Australian driver licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
