The region includes multiple stores in the ACT, Riverina and surrounding areas. The area is an inspiring region for a leader who enjoys being part of thriving communities, while driving operational excellence across multiple locations. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be Canberra based. About the role: Reporting to the General Manager of Store Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance, culture and capability of our stores across The ACT and surrounding regions. As Regional Manager, you will drive consistent execution across the region by owning and aligning site priorities, operate strategically to drive the division’s vision and broader business agenda, and ensure operational excellence is delivered at every level. You’ll lead, coach and influence a team of Site Managers, fostering a strong, high-performing team culture while supporting their growth and capability development. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, guiding teams through change, influencing business decision-making and delivering exceptional customer, safety and commercial outcomes. What’s involved: Leading, empowering and developing Site Managers to deliver exceptional operational and customer service standards Aligning and driving priorities to ensure consistent execution across the region Drive the division and business’ priorities with clarity and influence Championing a safe, inclusive and values led workplace with wellbeing and compliance Driving store performance through strong planning, commercial insight and strategic execution Leading change with confidence, embedding key programs and operational initiatives Ensuring efficiency, operational consistency and brand excellence across all locations Identifying talent, supporting career pathways and strengthening the succession pipeline You’ll need: Strong demonstrated experience (5-10 years) leading high performing multi-site teams in retail Proven commercial acumen and an ability to influence business outcomes A strategic mindset with the willingness to be hands-on when needed Strength in coaching, communication and bringing people on the journey A collaborative and team focused approach and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners A proactive, solutions-focused approach to leading change and driving performance You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
