To coordinate and implement Corporate and Regional programs in office administration, travel, training & people development, human resources management for the Region. To develop standardized practices and procedures in general administration and all spectrum of human resources activities for the Region. To act as the liaison between the Regional Office and related Branches on all administrative and human resources matters. To provide professional support to regional and branch projects, events & activities. To keep abreast with the trends and development of labor market and human resources management as well as changes in legal requirements and/or local practices and regulations. To provide guidelines and advice on staff C&B programs, employment requirements for the offices in accordance with the local government regulations and legislative requirements. To support Employee Insurance plan, Company Assets insurance plan, legal consultancy service etc. To perform additional duties and assigned by management as required to meet the Company’s needs and development. To review and conduct staff appraisals and one on one meeting timely in line with the 3+1 Initiative. To assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development. To proactively manage ER risks by reviewing, investigating, and documenting grievances in line with company policies and legal requirements. To maintain accurate, secure, and confidential ER data by supporting data mapping, validation, and continuous improvement of employee records and documentation. Qualifications University or equivalent business qualifications Minimum 8 years relevant experience Well versed with the government regulations and labor law Proven problem solving, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word) Fluent in English Additional Information This position will be closed on 6th Feb 2026.
