REGIONAL MANAGER – MULTI-OFFICE DENTAL GROUP (DELAWARE – NCC & KENT COUNTY)

We are a fast-growing, patient-centered dental group seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations, performance, and leadership of multiple practices across New Castle and Kent County, Delaware.

PATIENT EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY RELATIONS

  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly
  • Promote strong team engagement in creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Partner with other healthcare providers or local community organizations to enhance visibility

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site operations
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, staffing, and dental office workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with performance data
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between offices
