Description
What You do: Support recruitment and training processes for Agency Managers and Team Managers. Participate in planning and tracking annual and monthly goals and metrics for the intermediary network. Engage in the implementation and deployment of projects related to sales development. Identify and initiate advanced training programs, explain, train, and inspire teams in the region. Build and maintain supportive relationships with the intermediary network. Conduct travel and meetings with clients in the region. Guide and motivate agency managers in their daily tasks related to technical issues, marketing ideas, and sales skills. Monitor work processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose optimizations. Effectively utilize internal software systems. Ensure consistent application of company work standards and policies. Promote Allianz's mission, values, and standards in every office. What You bring Minimum 3 years of experience in active client acquisition and/or team management. Proficiency in English. Willingness to travel within the region and country. Experience in negotiations and presentations. Strong communication skills and natural leadership qualities. Client-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver value. Personal motivation and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with sound judgment. Teamwork skills and coordination across different departments. Analytical and commercial thinking; comfortable handling key performance indicators (KPIs). Technical literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
