Sweathouz is redefining the wellness studio experience and we’re looking for a high-performing, people-focused Regional Manager to lead our Atlanta market. If you thrive in sales-driven environments and know how to grow teams, drive top-line revenue, and build lasting guest relationships, this role is for you. We want experienced leaders from hospitality, retail, or other service industries who know how to hit performance targets, coach frontline teams, and create a culture of accountability and achievement. Your Impact Lead, coach, and support Studio Managers to drive studio-level sales, daily conversion rates, and membership growth Set and exceed performance goals across revenue, new member acquisition, retention, and upsells Analyze sales data, studio metrics, and local trends to proactively identify and act on opportunities Build a consistent sales culture where team members are confident in selling and proud of what they offer Support the rollout of local marketing and grassroots acquisition strategies in partnership with HQ teams Maintain high studio standards and consistent execution of brand and operational playbooks Act as a player-coach in the field—available, supportive, and results-oriented Requirements What You Bring 5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership in retail, hospitality, or guest-facing environments Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales and revenue goals across multiple locations Strong ability to analyze performance data, coach for conversion, and create team buy-in around goals Hands-on leadership style with strong people development skills High comfort with fast growth, ambiguity, and cross-functional collaboration Experience supporting or launching new locations, campaigns, or products a plus
