You work closely with Sales Excellence Managers, Product and Marketing teams, Credit, Risk, and the broader Sales and Distribution leadership team to create an environment where frontline teams can thrive.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Proven experience leading multi-site or regional retail banking teams.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, customer service, and lending practices.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales outcomes, customer experience, and employee engagement.
• Hands-on leadership style, with a strong presence and ability to lead through others.
• Skilled in coaching, talent development, and team performance management.
• Track record of business transformation and growth leadership, driving digital and operational innovation.
