About the Role: The Regional Manager will lead the retail operations for Levi’s® across the Central and Northern regions of Pakistan, driving financial performance, operational excellence, team development, and brand standards. This role is pivotal in expanding the brand footprint, ensuring exceptional consumer experience, and building a high-performing, motivated team. Key Responsibilities: Business Performance & Operations Ensure financial objectives and sales targets are met for the assigned region. Directly oversee designated key stores, taking ownership of revenue delivery and operational excellence. Lead and execute regional expansion strategies, identifying market opportunities and expanding store presence in line with company growth plans. Ensure effective administration of audit procedures, loss prevention, inventory control, safety, and security programs. Ensure proper control of company assets, inventory, and merchandise. Identify trends, evaluate processes, and recommend initiatives, promotions, and strategies to drive sales, customer experience, and employee engagement. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Store Managers and District Managers to ensure consistent implementation of the operating model. Develop and execute succession planning to fill open positions internally. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence aligned with Levi’s® values. Customer & Brand Experience Ensure that all aspects of customer service are in place to build authentic, product-obsessed consumer relationships. Ensure brand presentation and back-of-house procedures are implemented consistently to company standards. Develop relationships with cross-functional business partners (Marketing, Planning & Distribution, Merchandising, HR) to deliver business results and a superior consumer experience. Key Relationships: Retail Lead, AMA Retail, Retail Operations Manager, cross-functional partners, and field leadership. Direct Reports: District Managers Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in retail management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands. Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue and operational excellence. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and field leadership.
