ABOUT THE ROLE:

Comfort Keepers is seeking a Regional Manager to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across multiple offices. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this role requires frequent on-site travel to ensure teams receive the support needed to grow successfully, maintain operational excellence, drive strong caregiver recruitment, and deliver the highest quality of care.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure operational excellence across locations while upholding company standards.
• Support recruitment efforts tailored to client needs through direct office engagement.
• Mentor and develop office leaders, strengthening their ability to drive success.
