Leads the respective Zone Will be responsible for the business targets of customer acquisition, value built up & Cross Sell for the zone. Will have to work jointly with Location Head on defined set of Large corporate Accounts for penetration and achieve business goals. Will be responsible for the P&L of the zone. Building Synergies with internal / external Customer / departments. Hiring, managing, developing & training the team. Drive team productivity, Sales & Operational Efficiencies. Adhere to KYC / Quality and regulatory norms and approved processes as per company policy. Should ensure corporate account profitability by maintaining salary upload percentage above 90% at all times. Job Requirement:- Should be self starter / high on energy. Focused to drive both volume target & Value target from the team Good communication and analytical skills. Candidate should be confident and a team player. Passion for Corporate / senior level engagement Should be a post graduate, preferably 14-15 years of total experience. At least 10 years experience in Corporate Sales.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for achieving the business targets for customer acquisition, value buildup, and cross-selling within the assigned zone, while also managing the zone's Profit and Loss (P&L). The manager will collaborate with the Location Head on large corporate accounts and be responsible for hiring, developing, and training the team to drive sales and operational efficiencies.
