* Interact with mapped customers via meetings, video calls, and telephonic conversations. * Handle a mapped book of ~1000–1500 customers across 2–3 branches (C Category). * Demonstrate and enroll customers in digital banking services. * Convert leads from VRM (Virtual RM) and CEC (Customer Engagement Center). * Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. * Deepen existing relationships in CA, SA, and TD segments. * Ensure customer stickiness and upgrade category. * Handle service requirements like account opening, cheque book issuance, and product feature explanation. * Work closely with internal teams (LI, GI, KSEC, IC, Asset) for timely business conversion. * Drive service activations and customer acquisition through referrals and family households.
