QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of multi-site management experience in the dental industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing teams.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with frequent travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to oversee and support a growing portfolio of dental practices. This role combines team leadership, operations management, and relationship-building, ensuring practices deliver excellent patient care, operational efficiency, and strong business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of dental practices (expected to grow to 13+ by year end).
• Partner with practice leaders to drive performance, patient care, and team development.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing levels, scheduling, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Coach and support practice managers, fostering a positive culture and high employee engagement.
• Ensure practices meet or exceed patient satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals, KPIs, and execute business strategies.
• Travel 50–60% of the time to clinics to provide hands-on leadership and support.
