Job Posting: Regional Manager  Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Regional Manager.  As the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, performance, and strategic direction across multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring consistent execution of company goals, high customer satisfaction and strong team leadership.  Responsibilities  * Supervise and support managers and staff at multiple locations within the region * Drive regional sales goals, customer service standards and profitability * Monitor and analyze store or site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement * Recruit, train and develop management teams to ensure operational excellence * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and regional initiatives * Implement company-wide programs, promotions and policy changes * Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges * Manage regional budgets and financial performance, including cost control * Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred) * Several years of multi-location management experience, typically in retail, hospitality, sales or service industries * Proven leadership and team-building skills * Strong understanding of budgeting, sales forecasting and performance metrics * Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in business software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office, POS systems) * Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region * Knowledge of regional market trends and customer behaviors * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Required Testing  * Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR   Position Type   * Salary  * Full-time  * Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) Position Location  * Dallas, TX, overseeing assets in Houston and Dallas; Reporting: directly to the Regional Vice President.   Choose EMBREY:        Join an industry-leading team where we believe our people are our most important investment.
