Description Job Title: Regional Manager Job Location: Irvine, CA – Remote Job Type: Full-Time/Exempt Frasco is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of surveillance investigators within an assigned region. Full-Time Benefits: Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Health, Dental, Vision, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Supplemental Health Benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts 401K with Company Match Responsibilities: Work with Assistant Vice President of Operations to evaluate service line performance and develop strategies to ensure performance standards are met or exceeded Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, focusing on communication and appearance Work well in a rapid paced environment Daily results communicated to clients by telephone and email Daily communication with field staff by telephone and email Daily communication with senior management by telephone and email Electronic assignment document review Analysis of client requests and objectives Instructions of client assignment and objectives summarized for investigator Investigator case assignment done electronically in scheduling software Assignment details and related documents distributed to investigator electronically Management of client budget authorization in relation to work conducted Knowledge and direction of investigator activity and decisions Client expectation management Result reporting to clients via email and phone Investigator motivation and leadership Investigator accountability management Investigator report review Occasional field work both independently and with investigators Client instruction review and adherence Invoice calculation and creation Invoice approval if completed by administrative staff Employee availability management Employee overtime management Employee performance reviews and compensation management Occasional client face to face meetings/lunches/dinners/events Occasional association meetings/events Weekly attendance (phone/video) at staff meetings Investigator weekly timesheet approval Responsibility for investigator legal compliance Monitor/Coordinate Investigators Travel & Expense Represent Company/Client in court and/or legal proceedings Financial Responsibilities and Measurable Performance Goals Requirements Excellent spoken and written communication skills Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally Strong computer and internet skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities Minimum of 5 years experience in a related role Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Careful attention and commitment to accuracy and detail Strong organizational & prioritization skills Goal oriented and comfortable working with metrics Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values Qualifications and Equipment: Private Investigative insurance industry experience required (surveillance) Minimum 2 years in the field as a surveillance investigator required Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related management experience preferred Valid Driver License required Auto insurance limits $100,000 /$300,000 / $50,000 required Strong computer skills Experience with coaching, teaching, assessing and mentoring Ability to problem solve and lead teams to produce timely results Strong interpersonal skills and capabilities for dealing with all levels of management, their support teams and broad cross section of clients HD camcorder, covert camera, smartphone, computer or laptop, and internet connectivity Windows 11 or greater required, with 8+gb of RAM preferred Mac OSX 13 or greater required for iMac Preferred Experience: High school diploma or associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field Military background; insurance or investigations experience Start your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, is experiencing growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!
