ABOUT THIS ROLE – BIG REGION, BIG IMPACT.

This is ghd’s biggest and boldest region, home to three of our flagship doors and some of the most exciting retail spaces in London. Reporting to our National Sales & Operations Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to drive your region, working side by side with your team - coaching, developing, and inspiring them as we work towards the same goal.
You’ll collaborate closely with the National Sales & Operations Manager to define, evolve, and execute the retail strategy, focusing on in-store experience and powering up our in-store events model. Alongside this, you’ll build strong relationships with your stores and retail partners, unlocking the potential of every location to maximise sales and drive efficiencies.
Culture is everything. You’ll be joining a high-performing team with a mindset that anything is possible and big ambitions. This role requires energy, passion, and strong time management skills to take this region to the next level.
