The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Regional Manager - Dental Clinic Operations to lead multiple dental clinics. This leadership role supports Office Managers and Managing Dentists to ensure operational efficiency, strong financial performance, and a positive clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple dental clinics
• Guide and coach clinic leaders to meet business and patient care goals
• Monitor financials: revenue, profitability, AR, and expense management
• Lead performance reviews, operational audits, and site visits
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention in partnership with HR
• Audit scheduling and insurance systems to improve efficiency and revenue
• Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and team engagement

Qualifications

• Regional/district management in dental
• Proven ability to grow revenue and improve operations
• Strong understanding of business operations, HR, and financial metrics

Skills & Requirements

• Confident, people-first leadership style
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with CRM/ERP tools
• Willingness to travel regularly across clinic locations
