Regional Manager – Kazakhstan Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Orion Pharma East LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to join our team in Almaty. The position will be responsible for managing business operations and field activities in the following regions: * Almaty * Astana * Aktobe * Oskemen   Main Responsibilities: * Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned regions * Lead, coach, and support medical representatives in the field * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders * Ensure achievement of sales targets and implementation of company strategy * Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and business opportunities * Organize and participate in regional meetings, conferences, and promotional activities * Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates * Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards   Requirements: * Higher education in medicine, pharmacy, or related field * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales * Previous experience in team management is preferred * Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Good analytical and organizational abilities * Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions * Good command of Russian; Kazakh is an advantage * Valid driving license   What We Offer: * Opportunity to work in an international pharmaceutical company * Professional and supportive working environment * Competitive salary and bonus system * Company car and business tools * Opportunities for professional growth and development Orion Pharma is a globally operating Nordic pharmaceutical company – a builder of well-being for over a hundred years.
