JOB DESCRIPTION- REGIONAL MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our product. If so, this may be the role for you!
Logixx Security Inc. is currently hiring for a full time Regional Manager to manage our Protective Services operations in Ontario. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of different accounts in the Security field, work in conjunction with the Operations, Scheduling, & Recruitment teams, and on-site Security Guards, and resolve problems on-site to ensure client services are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years previous experience in a Manager/Operations role (Security and/or Customer Service experience would be an asset)
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning in-house programs.
  • Strong desire to manage multiple operations within assigned accounts and ensure business targets are met.
  • Excellent Time Management and Multitasking skills
  • Strong Customer Service etiquette and business acumen

Responsibilities
  • Management of the Protective Services division in Manitoba, based in Winnipeg.
  • Manage a portfolio ranging of various types of accounts.
  • Develop, build, and execute plans to ensure client needs are met; identify and problem-solve issues occurring on-site.
  • Participate in on-site visits, client meetings & inspections, whilst ensuring ongoing communication with clients
  • Maintain and develop new relationships across business groups.
  • Liaise and provide front-line support to Supervisors, Front line Staff and other Assigned staff when and where needed.
  • Work with all levels in the organization to ensure operational efficiencies (ranging from scheduling to recruitment & training)
  • Lead and administer a strong Customer Service rapport; represent Logixx Security Inc. with professionalism and integrity.
