Your Opportunity: Regional Manager - NSW City Stores As a Regional Manager, you will be a driving force in achieving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region. What You’ll Bring to Lovisa We’re looking for an inspiring leader who’s passionate about customer service. At least three years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries. Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A strong understanding of Customer Experience and a commitment to continual improvement. Flexibility and a readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required Available Tuesday-Saturday (1 Saturday off every month) Skills for Success: Multi-site management experience within fashion retail. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Strong people management and performance development skills. Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication abilities. Commercial awareness and a proven track record of achieving results. A genuine passion for fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional customer service.
