Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for Masimo business for the dedicated region; Sales and Clinical. * Develop and strengthen relationships with all key Masimo customers in the region.  * Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Team North Italy * Visit Masimo customers, as required, to effectively represent Masimo’s business interests. Ensure all potential business opportunities are followed up and closed in Masimo’s best interests.  * Work with Sr Director & Legal Representative, Italy & Automation Partnerships, Europe to develop annual Sales budgets and strategic plans.  * Work diligently to successfully achieve annual Sales and profitability plans.  * Maintain Expense Plan within budget.  * Flexibility to travel domestically as per the need to ensure high level of visibility within the market and good contact will all customers ensuring a greater propensity to capitalize on market opportunities.  * Manage all equipment placement deals to guarantee all Masimo assets or contracts are registered on the relevant systems and filed accordingly and in line with good business practices.  * Develop market knowledge including competitor activities and market information pertaining to Masimo core business. This should specifically focus on opportunities to develop and grow the business over the short, medium and long term.  * Attend and assist with professional conferences and engage customers at the exhibition stand and at planned social functions.  * Communicate any relevant product information to the customers. * Present Masimo products in an ethical manner by providing correct information to the market.  * Seek and use customer feedback regarding products and services for the purpose of providing tools for continuous improvement in quality and environmental impact.  * Responsible for the ongoing support and guidance of Masimo/distributor employees including technical service engineers and Clinical support personnel.  * Report all defective product incidents within the assigned Sales region in a timely manner to Masimo.  * Co-ordinate all product recalls and safety alerts.  * Communicate needs for relevant organizational resources to Sr Director & Legal Representative, Italy & Automation Partnerships, Europe or other relevant Masimo staff members including marketing, training, quality and regulatory requirements.  * Plan and run product evaluations, when and if necessary.  * Assist relevant Masimo supply chain with product manufacturing forecasting to ensure reliable  supply of products to customers.  * Provide product training to Customers and distributor’s sales team as required. * Distributors and key partners management.      Requirements:  * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Minimum of 10 years of Sales or Marketing experience of medical products  * Experience in technical and clinical support both at a customer and distributor level. Display high level of negotiation skills.  * Fluent in Italian and strong, effective English oral and written communication skills. * PC literate and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset. * Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
