ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy is looking for an experienced people leader and sales professional to fill the position of Regional Manager, Residential Sales. Reporting to the Director, Residential Sales, the Regional Manager will lead and develop a group of sales professionals throughout Northern Ontario focused on growth of our Residential Customer base.

Responsibilities include:

  • Training, mentoring and developing Territory Managers
  • In-field territory detailing & prospecting with Territory Managers throughout Region
  • Establishing clear targets and goals to achieve volume and margin forecasts to maximize results
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with other departments as required, including; Operations, Credit, Marketing, Revenue and Human Resources
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry partners and associations for business development and referrals, with key focus on developing contractor relationships
  • Ensuring team achieves KPIs for net-new customer growth
  • Preparing and reporting to Leadership on progress relative to Territory Plans
