About the role As Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing our sites together with our Site Managers in the region to ensure outstanding but cost-efficient service delivery. As a leader you empower our employees to effectively carry out their duties, take responsibility for our business, and develop in their roles. In this role you will report to the Head of Terminal Operations Sweden and work closely with the other Regional Managers in the Nordic region. Your responsibility will span several sites and while Stockholm is your preferred base, you will spend a lot of your time visiting different sites across different cities — coaching on the ground and ensuring our processes are always in place and continuously improving. What you'll do Develop the business by initiating and implementing tactical and strategic improvements aligned with Instabee's long-term strategies and goals. Ensure that the organisation within your area of responsibility has the right resources and competence to carry out work in accordance with set goals, strategies, and legal requirements. Lead, coach, and follow up Site Managers in their respective assignments. Ensure compliance with business processes based on needs, goals, and central guidelines. Drive and participate in key projects and initiatives as a Regional Manager. Analyze and identify cost drivers and take ownership of achieving a cost-effective operation. Ensure that the region actively works towards high customer satisfaction and strong delivery quality. Take full ownership of the regional P&L and KPIs. Who you are We are looking for an operational strategist who is pragmatic and gets things done. You are a professional and responsible team player with the ability to combine high ambitions with a prestigeless approach. To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in an operational environment while maintaining a clear strategic mindset — and you need to be comfortable in a world of fast pace, rapid change, and growth. 4+ years of proven experience as a successful leader in a similar role, preferably from a growing and/or production-oriented business. Strategic and tactical mindset with the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges. Union negotiation expertise and experience in occupational health and safety is required. Experienced in handling people matters, developing teams, and building strong staff capabilities. A role model who understands how to create a winning culture and strong, healthy teams. Solid knowledge in project management. Responsibilities
