Position Summary: Regional Manager The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—ensuring operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences. You’ll partner with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities, all while aligning with Carteret’s core values of customer service, communication, and competency.
