We have a need for a Regional Operations Manager!

In addition to ensuring that all of our sites meet our Advanced Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Operations Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:

You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service – all with the backing of a team that works and a company that wants you to succeed.

OVERVIEW:

  • Oversee all aspects of site security operations
  • Manage staffing and performance with assistance from HR.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract compliance
  • Drive team development and operational excellence
  • Drive and initiate potential Sales and new business
    We are seeking a reliable, proactive leader with proven experience in high-security or regulated settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of management experience in security operations
  • High school diploma or GED required (post-secondary education preferred)
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and incident reporting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments
  • CPR and First Aid Level C Certification (or willingness to obtain - reimbursement provided)
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to on-site security staff, both guards and supervisors
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with site protocols and regulations
  • Enforce post orders, emergency procedures, and incident response protocols
  • Conduct random inspections of shifts/posts to ensure staff compliance with duties
  • Investigate incidents and complete detailed, accurate reports
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and Pennine management
  • Lead performance reviews, staff coaching, and corrective actions as needed with all provided HR Tools
  • Facilitate site-specific training and ensure ongoing development of team members
  • Provide after-hours and emergency response support when required
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
