Our leadership team is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Regional Manager to join our team to oversee the overall operations of our apartment communities in the varying areas of Michigan, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Kansas and Wisconsin. Ideal candidate will provide the following: Exceptional leadership, direction, and support to their property managers and teams. Must have a sharp eye for ensuring properties are operating at maximum efficiency and that high standards are always present. Must be well versed with leasing, marketing, and analytical reporting. Should be proficient and well versed with Fair Housing guidelines. Proven track record of producing maximum cash flow and improving the property’s long-term value.
