EDUCATION:

Required Education: Associate’s or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or equivalent.
Required: COTC or Engineering qualification.
Preferred: Business Degree.

EXPERIENCE (EMEAA):

Experience managing a large region of manufacturing operational centres would be highly beneficial.
Demonstrable track record in managing plant processes and extensive knowledge in the specialized field. 5 years’ experience managing teams of different expertise (25-50 employees).
Experience working within a regional role. Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivery customer service solutions in line with contractual obligations.
At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Financial and commercial acumen, proven experience managing P&L.
Strong technical knowledge / background.
Engineering and systems awareness.
Demonstrate strong health and safety leadership.
Planning & organisation skills.
Ability to review and analyse complex financial/business reports/data and generate innovative solutions/corrective action plans.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Confidently deal with a multitude of projects and changing priorities.
Experience of managing capital projects.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, data entry ability, and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and statistical tools.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong coach and leader with exceptional eye for detail ensuring the highest levels of productivity and efficiency.
Strong negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the planning, managing, and monitoring of all plant operations within a specific region that contribute to the profitable performance of the UK business in accordance with corporate strategy, goals and objectives. Also responsible for optimising the performance of the assets (investments/resources) ensuring that each branch in the region achieves specific goals in terms of customer service and operational service delivery (i.e. profits, support of sales growth, customer satisfaction, customer retention and satisfaction).
The Regional Manager is a multi-faceted, solution focused and driven operations professional responsible for coaching plant processing teams to optimise their personal performance and individual development. The Regional Manager understands financial control and business development and maintains and enforces company policies, standards, and practices and ensures consistent implementation and adherence to the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
