The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects within IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and ACS domains. Manage project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee all aspects of system integration, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards as per industry and company guidelines. Maintain client relationships through regular communication, reporting progress, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and performance. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and managerial competencies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience managing projects in IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and ACS. Strong project management skills with expertise in planning and coordinating large-scale, multi-site installations. In-depth knowledge of relevant systems, standards, and technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
