REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a restaurant manager or regional manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in overall performance of restaurant(s) within your designated territory. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and support to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurants within the territory, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams and staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze reports and key performance indicators to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as food quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory issues or requirements.
  • Address vendor-related issues such as delivery times, new products, and inventory levels.
