About the role As a key member of our State Leadership Team and a natural leader, you will oversee a network of branches predominantly across Far North Queensland and Brisbane Metro. You will have autonomy to shape culture, performance and outcomes. Leading from the front, this is a key hands-on role, responsible for the mentorship and development of your team whilst maximising sales and margin performance across all areas of the organisation within the regions You’ll be a self-starter, who can readily create rapport with people at all levels whilst keeping sight of the bigger picture. Key Responsibilities Full P&L accountability for the region including driving Sales, margin, and EBIT growth for the region Develop and implement an annual business plan for the regions Ensure all staff are aligned to the goals of the organisation and the region through clear and constant communication and resource allocation Promote customer centricity across the region Working with Branch Managers on the development and delivery of their Budgets and Business Plans Control stock loss and stock shrinkage and achieve obsolete/inactive stock budgets Ensure all branches in region are compliant with the Rexel Work Health and Safety Policy and Management System Maintain customer relationships to expand market share and increase customer loyalty Support and coach a team of Branch Managers Be a visible, approachable and engaging leader A bit about you Experience in a similar role, with strong customer service focus A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving who can implement change effectively Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
