The next step in your career starts here… Reporting to the Executive General Manager – North, this is a high-impact, autonomous role where you’ll take full ownership of multiple branches and maintenance operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, leading teams, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region. Champion our customers by ensuring every interaction delivers a differentiated, seamless experience that puts the customer at the centre. Drive performance and growth through overseeing branch operations, optimising utilisation and fleet performance, and delivering on revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate for success by working closely with sales, service, fleet, transport, and maintenance teams to deliver end-to-end operational excellence. Optimise asset performance by leading strategies that improve efficiency, maximise fleet utilisation, and deliver benchmark R&M performance. Shape the future by influencing business strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving continuous improvement across the region.
