Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Manager to lead regional operations within the Maryland territory. This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving business growth, optimizing service execution, and building a high-performance team culture. The Regional Manager oversees Field Service Technicians and Associate Managers, ensures key performance metrics are achieved, and continuously improves service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, brings structure and clarity to daily operations, and builds an accountable, high-performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth Own regional profit & loss responsibilities and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded Lead site teams with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Conduct daily and weekly huddle meetings focused on technician performance, communication, and value delivered Oversee scheduling, routing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability Support Associate Managers in resolving in-progress field service obstacles while servicing customers Monitor technician performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, safety practices, and service quality standards Identify workflow and productivity improvement opportunities across the region Provide technical guidance and support for diagnosing instrumentation issues Build strong internal collaboration and external customer relationships Why Join Quantus? Requirements Experience Proven management experience leading teams across multiple locations Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and sales in regulated environments Demonstrated success in performance management and process improvement Experience managing profit & loss statements with strong financial accountability Skilled in project management and overseeing complex initiatives end-to-end Excellent leadership ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration Prior experience in life sciences or related industries is highly desirable Qualifications Required (Experience & Skills) 5+ years of experience in field service operations, regional management, or a similar leadership role Proven experience managing field-based teams in a service-oriented environment Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and margin performance Experience managing technician performance metrics Strong customer-facing skills with relationship management and issue resolution Experience developing frontline leaders or supervisors preferred Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email) and ability to learn custom database applications Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, standing)
