QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must come from a similar background (cleaning and facilities management – essential).
• GCSEs.
• Formal cleaning qualification.
• Health and safety qualification / IOSH or equivalent.

• Management support both physically on site and with administration/office duties.
• Ensuring quality audits are completed on time and face to face with clients.
• Contract budget awareness and rectification of incorrect/overspend of budgets.
• Providing a clear line of communication between the operations teams and the office function.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints and seeking resolutions to site issues to prevent terminations.
• Managing HR cases to prevent legal action, costs, and potential bad press for the brand.
• Supporting sales with presentations and site visits.
• Completing KPI reports for key clients.
• Ensuring sites are compliant and safety certification is in place.
• Strategic planning for new contract mobilisations.
• Recruitment and resource provision.
