ABOUT YOU
As an influential leader who can build trusting relationships, you will be responsible for looking after your practices during the transition period and become the first point of contact for the practice under business as usual.
Essentially, a key part of the buddy’s role is to introduce, show, monitor and share best practice and support the relationship between our head office, clinicians and practice teams.
We’re looking for someone who has the passion to support the growth of our businesses and who has the people skills to build and develop long lasting relationships. You have a flair in keeping things simplistic and can adapt to changing circumstances. You will need a clean driving license since this role involves being out on the road, driving between our practices. ABOUT THE ROLE
A Regional Manager or a Practice Buddy as they’re internally known as, are fundamental to the integration and continual support of our Joint Venture Partners and their practices.
This role location is flexible, however we are looking for someone who can travel across Midlands/North of England, where you’ll be supporting our Joint Venture Partners and practices and will require a certain amount of weekly travelling and overnight stays.
