What you’ll be doing: Candidate will be responsible for managing & growing retail business in mentioned geography thru channel partners, key accounts, contractors, influencers including Architects & interior designers. Critical dimensions of this role shall be to do sales planning (daily/weekly/monthly) & time bound execution, religiously practice SFDC tool, channel development & expansion, drive primary & secondary sales, focused approach towards regular collections & overdue and full range selling approach to drive healthy product mix. Candidate must have bent to own customers for end-to-end basis including sales, pricing, technical specifications, samples availability, material availability, account statements & concern management etc. Role will demand keeping strong hold on market dynamics in terms of competition moves/ latest products/pricing strategies etc. Candidate should have hands on experience in ensuring brand visibility at dealers’ counters, executing marketing promotions & dealers/contractors meet. Drive growth of the retail business through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and operational improvements.
