Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for a Regional Manager for a client based in Westminster, MD. This is a newly created role out of company growth that will oversee a local region of offices here in Maryland and one office in Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations across 5 branch offices within the region.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Hire, train, and support branch managers and team members.
Conduct regular site visits to assess office performance, customer service, and operational standards.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with representatives, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for assigned locations.
Ensure locations meet financial goals and productivity targets.
Lead regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Recommend and implement new procedures, technology, and service improvements.
Prepare reports and present updates to senior leadership on regional performance.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of multi-site management experience highly preferred
Proven leadership, team development, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software platforms.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between local MD/PA locations regularly
