Due to our continued growth we are now searching for an experienced Regional Manager to join our winning team working throughout the Essex area, including Loughton, Epping, Southend-on-Sea, and Bishops Stortford areas.
The successful applicant will be driven, an outstanding communicator, able to control site budgets, take full ownership of their portfolio, ensuring the quality management of each customer contract is maintained and service levels are consistently high.
You will manage 20-25 sites, including educational and medical, carrying out monthly audits, staff training and communicating with your teams on a daily basis.
You will have experience within the service industry, have excellent people management skills, be passionate about service delivery, a problem solver, have the ability to work under pressure and to delegate and organise your busy workload.
Your role will be supported with a company laptop, and mobile phone and the opportunity to progress throughout our company.

Reporting to the Managing Director.

• £35,000 paid monthly
• 40 hours a week, flexible hours to suit the needs of the business.
• 20 days annual leave - to be taken out of term time plus bank holidays.
