Forest Care Selection are currently working with a unique provider of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability.
This provider is seeking an established operational or regional manager with experience of the oversight of residential care services for individuals with a Learning Disability.
This role will oversee services across the North West and South London areas.
The Operations Manager will:
· Oversee a team of registered managers providing clear direction and support.
· Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered across the portfolio.
· Ensure the services continued improvement and adherence to budget.
The Operations Manager will need:
· To have operational management experience within residential care services for individuals with a Learning Disability.
· Thorough knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements.
· Proven track record in delivering services to budget and strong commercial acumen.
Successful candidates will enjoy a range of benefits including:
