ABOUT THE ROLE:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager (Soft Services) to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s sites across the region.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contract with respect to cleaning.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
  • Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
  • Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
  • Full management control of people resources and responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal of staff
  • Have direct reports in a specified geographic area (40-70 approx)
  • Be responsible for in the region of 50 to 70 buildings within their specified geographic area
