Job Description The Regional Manager will provide leadership, guidance, and support to retail store teams across the region, empowering them to deliver exceptional service, expert advice, and meaningful value—while championing care for people, pets, and the planet. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Lead & guide your team to achieve sales/KPIs & deliver world class customer service in their store Visits stores, providing feedback to assist with the ongoing improvement and success of their store Actively work with Store Managers in promoting induction and relevant training opportunities with their team Supporting stores with recruitment where required Support your Store Managers with stock & margin management along with stocktake, ensuring completed as directed by the Loss & Risk team Coach and mentor key staff in order to provide development and succession opportunities Support your Store Managers to recruit, onboard and induct high calibre new Team Members Monthly reporting/New store business cases where required Analyse in detail any opposition’s stock mix, by product, volume, supplier, presentation to assist the Merchandise team to determine the appropriate stock mix and volume Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
