Description

Wash Depot Holdings / Sparkling Image Car Wash has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, dynamic leader with a strong background in managing the operational success of a multi-unit territory. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of 4 full-service car washes and detail centers in the Orlando & Pensacola, FL areas. This is a hands-on field position with overnight stays with 50% percent travel. You must live in the Orlando, FL area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work 5-6 days per week (50 plus hours).
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Regular visits to locations and frequent travel between locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ year’s successful management experience in the retail industry, directing multiple store managers or units, in a geographically diverse territory.
  • Track record of developing people.
  • Proven experience driving sales and motivating area and unit personnel to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Operational processing experience to achieve/exceed financial goals.
  • Demonstrated ability in building high-performance teams.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Analytic and strategic thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct all activities of operations in the region to achieve operational performance targets.
  • Lead the operation managers in each area (profit center) by setting goals, creating development and career plans and continuously stretching performance.
  • Ensure store managers are focused on the priorities of their business and are building their teams within each service center to maximize results.
  • Provide sales leadership to ensure all selling standards and expectations are being met.
  • Follow through to hold area’s managers accountable for meeting objectives, goals, and safety and operational compliance.
  • Execute recruitment and training strategy and ensure the process is in place to attract and maintain operational talent, and staffing service centers at all times for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure effective payroll and expense management practices are being utilized to control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Consistently focus the regional team on the goals, strategy and vision of the company.
  • Ensure service centers are living the company values, treating our customers and employees with respect.
  • Be the champion in communicating goals, objectives, and values so each associate at every level understands how they impact the business every day.
  • Deliver area business results by coaching, counseling, developing and managing employees performance - and helping service center managers do the same; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; Implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • This is a key full-time exempt level (salaried) position which requires daily “hands on” management including regular visits and significant time spent at the locations.
