Join Us as an Associate Director/Regional Manager of Strategy & Growth, North Asia! Are you ready to shape the future of travel and technology in one of the world’s most dynamic regions? As our Regional Strategy Lead, North Asia, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering our business to new heights. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders across product, supply, marketing, and finance, driving high-impact initiatives that define our success in North Asia. What You’ll Do: Forge and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and thought partner. Collaborate with Country and Regional Directors to deeply understand local market dynamics and strategies, ensuring our approach is both globally aligned and locally relevant. Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and business performance to uncover new opportunities for growth. Adapt and implement global programs to maximize impact in North Asia, tailoring solutions to local needs. Lead and deliver strategic projects that move the needle—on time, on target, and above expectations. What You’ll Bring: Experience in a strategic, analytical, or leadership role—ideally within technology, ecommerce, or travel. Bachelor’s degree required; consulting experience is a plus. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning insights into action. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities—you make complex ideas simple and compelling. A proven record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence. Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning new business models and technologies.
