The opportunity We are seeking a Regional Manager Support Services Hub to provide functional leadership and regional oversight of Site Coordinators across our Energy & Utilities business.   Reporting to the Head of Support Services Hub, this role leads a geographically dispersed team of 3–5 direct reports (15+ indirect) within a complex, matrix operating environment. As a key interface between operational sites and the Support Services Hub, you will play a critical role in embedding a centralised service model ensuring clear separation between site-based coordination and hub-delivered administrative services.
