The Opportunity Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Regional Manager to join the Kiteleys Leadership Team based in Minchinbury, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW. As the Regional Manager take the lead on creating safe, consistent and effective operations while nurturing a supportive, high-performing team culture. This role also involves driving operational excellence via efficient and compliant supply and installation of Colorbond product, identifying local sales opportunities and working to strengthen our regional presence. Based in Minchinbury with regular Sydney - metro visits to sites and customers (local travel only) and flexible start/finish times. What Will You Do?
