OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proven leadership skills to drive performance and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement process improvements while supervising teams to achieve company objectives.
About Us
All Canadian Network Solution (ACNS) is a proud TELUS Authorized Dealer, delivering mobility, internet, TV, and home solutions to communities across Canada. With our continued growth in Ontario, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, drive sales, and ensure consistent operational excellence. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations, sales, and customer experience across multiple ACNS/TELUS retail locations in Ontario.
  • Report directly to the General Manager with regular updates on store performance, staffing, and business results.
  • Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with TELUS and ACNS policies, procedures, and branding standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop management and frontline staff across locations.
  • Provide regional-level support for escalated customer and operational issues.
  • Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to maintain consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail leadership, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit or regional management role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales growth and managing KPIs.
  • Telecommunications experience highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently across Ontario.
  • TELUS product knowledge is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN required).
