REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree required (High School diploma/GED also required).
• 5+ years of longterm care experience (required).
• 3+ years in a similar management role supervising 5+ direct reports.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel locally/regionally.
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting.

• Lead and oversee multiple branch operations within the assigned region.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 5+ direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal longterm care regulations.
• Manage budgets, improve operational efficiency, and drive financial growth.
• Build strong client, family, and community relationships.
• Resolve escalated client or employee issues with professionalism.
• Represent the company at community and industry events.
