How you make a difference:
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all aspects of operations, sales, and marketing for the assigned region. You will provide guidance to the executive management team in making informed business decisions. Additionally, you will ensure that the medical, dental, and mental health programs in the region are aligned with the goals, objectives, aims, and policies and procedures of the company and facility, and compliant with ACA, NCCHC, and State accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and evaluates operational procedures and programs, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversees staffing and recruitment of medical personnel, ensures compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements, and maintains communication with facility administration, contracted providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provides leadership in maintaining compliance with company and facility policies and procedures, including Human Resource policies, and submits timely and accurate reports, invoices, and budgets.
  • Serves as a liaison between the facility and corporate office, participates in business development activities, and attends seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Promotes quality improvement standards by actively participating in audits, proactively identifying potential problems, and addressing inmate/family grievances and legal matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or health related field preferred.

Experience

  • Five years of experience in delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care preferred.
  • Three to five years administrative, management and supervisory experience.

  • None required.
