At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement, with four days in the office/clinic to promote collaboration, build strong connections, and enhance team engagement.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of veterinary clinics across the South Perth metro area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee clinic operations, drive financial performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, care, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with clinic teams and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional client service, operational excellence, and alignment with our strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused leader with proven multi-site management experience, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the veterinary or healthcare space.

SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • Proficient in change management (both personal and as a leader).
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to manage people successfully, including employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong financial and accounting acumen with confident reporting abilities.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed with strong time management skills and the ability to plan and execute strategies.

Desirable:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications in business management, human resource management, or a relevant degree
  • Experience working with multi-site locations.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all operational and people matters, including communications, recruitment, training, development, recognition, and wellbeing.
  • Engaging deeply in customer experience, digital services, and client loyalty activities.
  • Managing the financial performance of the clinics, including budgets and P&L.
  • Leading work health and safety compliance, risk management, and auditing.
  • Collaborating closely with Clinical Leaders to uphold industry standards and innovation, and to guide clinical governance and strategic decisions.
  • Championing change, improving clinic performance, driving client engagement, and creating high-performing service environments.
  • Leading company initiatives, projects, and technology.
  • Employing a transparent leadership style focused on collaboration and engagement.
