Job Description As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing strategic operator relationships and driving commercial performance across a regional portfolio, with a focus on revenue growth, account expansion, and execution of regional strategy. What You’ll Do Own commercial performance across a defined portfolio of operator accounts, with accountability for key revenue streams Develop and execute account plans aligned with the regional strategy Manage relationships with key operator stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day commercial matters Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives Lead day-to-day commercial discussions, supporting more complex negotiations in collaboration with senior stakeholders Plan and execute promotional activities and game uptake initiatives across assigned accounts Monitor account and campaign performance, proactively optimising results based on data and insights Contribute to the execution of regional strategy by identifying market opportunities and sharing actionable feedback Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, commercial) to deliver on account objectives Provide regular performance updates and insights to regional leadership Represent the company in client meetings and industry events as required What You Bring 3–5 years of experience within the industry, in account management, commercial strategy, or business development roles Proven ability to independently manage and grow client relationships Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and delivering against commercial targets Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading day-to-day commercial discussions and contributing to negotiations Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams Analytical, with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and decision-making Nice to Haves Experience working across multiple markets or regions Exposure to promotional planning and product/game uptake strategies Understanding of market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes Experience attending industry events and conferences Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Compensation Salary benchmark for this role is up to €50,000, depending on experience 40% performance-based bonus linked to KPI achievement Additional Information Perks & Benefits Wellbeing Allowance: Up to €600 per year.
